Cancellation policy
Subscriptions The treat box is a monthly subscription. You pay when you sign up, then on the 21st of each month after that. Boxes go out on the 25th. Your payment details are stored securely.
Pay as you go Pay as you go has no fixed term. You can cancel any time in your account, under Subscription management. If you get stuck, email thedogcorner.info@gmail.com and I'll sort it for you.
Leaving a 4-month or 12-month plan early The 4-month and 12-month plans cost less each month because you're signing up for a set number of boxes. If life changes and you need to leave before the end, that's okay. Just email me at thedogcorner.info@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.
To leave early, you pay back the discount on the boxes you've already had. That's the difference between your plan price and the pay as you go price of £35:
- 4-month plan: £2.50 for each box you've had
- 12-month plan: £5 for each box you've had
For example, if you leave a 12-month plan after 5 boxes, it would be 5 × £5 = £25. I'll send you a secure link to pay, and once it's paid your subscription is cancelled. No more boxes, no more payments.
If a payment doesn't go through, I'll get in touch, and your next box will be sent once it's paid.
At the end of your 4 or 12 months Your plan carries on at the same price each month, and you can cancel any time in your account.
