Refund policy

Returns
Because treats are food, I can’t accept returns or exchanges. This keeps every treat safe for every dog.

Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, or you have been sent the wrong item, email thedogcorner.info@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo.

Subscriptions
Pay as you go can be cancelled any time in your account, under Subscription management. For the 4-month and 12-month plans, see our cancellation policy. Boxes that have already been sent can’t be returned or refunded.

Refunds
If a refund is agreed, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
